Its story
It lives in Perseus, the hero who rescued Andromeda and crossed the sky on winged sandals. A white A-type star, hotter and brighter than the Sun, its light took some 500 years to reach us: it set out at the beginning of the 16th century, when Leonardo da Vinci was drawing the «Vitruvian Man» and exploring the proportions of the human body with the same curiosity he turned upon the heavens. A white glimmer beside the mythical hero.
