Its story
Cetus, the whale of the sky, holds this orange K-class star at 274 light-years. The light flickering in its wake tonight set out around 1752, the year Franklin proved with a kite that lightning was electricity and the sky was no longer the theologians' alone. A silent orange ember among the ribs of the cetacean.
