What is HIP 109592

In the silence of Cepheus, an orange K-class star holds its light at 365 light years. That light set out around 1660, when the Royal Society was being founded in London and modern science was beginning to organise itself into academies. Warm colour, unhurried glow: one of those stars first discovered by patient eyes before any instrument.
