Hot blue starIts story
In Cepheus, the Ethiopian king of the polar sky, burns this blue-tinged B-class ember, hotter than the Sun and over a thousand light-years away. Its light set out around the year 1000, at the millennium's turn, when Vikings were reaching what is now Newfoundland and Europe was holding its breath before a supposed end of the world. Today that blue wave crowns the king's head and ends here.
