Its story
On the sinuous neck of the northern Dragon shines a yellow type G star, a close sibling of the Sun in color and temper. Its light took barely 84 years to reach us: it set out when Europe was emerging from the Second World War and Picasso painted Guernica from his Parisian exile. Each photon arriving today is a young echo of that wounded century —a small golden flame within the dragon's coil.
