Its story
In the vast constellation of Ophiuchus, this yellow G-type star burns at a temperature similar to the Sun but with a far older history. Its light set out around 1626, while the Dutch bought the island of Manhattan from the Lenape for a handful of trinkets. The yellow light of G stars conveys, even from 400 light-years away, the warm and familiar feel of habitable suns.
