Its story
Sarin is a white A-type star on the shoulder of Hercules, the kneeling hero who in early Greek antiquity had no name at all and was called simply 'the one on bent knees'. Its crisp, cool light covers 75 light-years to reach us. Tonight's glow set out around 1951, when the first radio telescopes were beginning to listen to the sky.
