Its story
In Ursa Major —the wagon that rolls forever around the north pole— shines a G-type star, yellow, spectral sister to the Sun. Its light departed at the end of the fifteenth century, when Christopher Columbus was crossing the Atlantic and Leonardo da Vinci was sketching his first flying machines. Five centuries later, that same light —golden and serene— completes its long voyage.
