Its story
In the austral Caelum, the Chisel, one of the smallest constellations in the sky, glows this orange K-type star. Its light set out around 312 years ago, near 1714, when Daniel Fahrenheit invented his temperature scale and the world learned to measure heat with precision. Cooler than the Sun yet bulkier, it offers a serene coppery tone. The constellation was drawn by Lacaille in the heart of the 18th century; this star is one of its few points visible to the naked eye, a modest jewel of a southern corner.
