Its story
In the small Vulpecula, the fox of the summer sky, shines a yellow sun whose light set out 476 years ago. When it began its journey, Copernicus had just published his heliocentric model and the Earth was ceasing to be the immovable centre of the cosmos. Slightly larger than our Sun, its golden glow slips between the wings of the Swan and the shaft of Sagitta, a discreet detail in a region studded with famous objects.
