Its story
In Sagitta, the little constellation that seems to cross the summer sky without lifting a finger, pulses an orange K-class giant whose light set out around 1481, while Botticelli was painting The Birth of Venus. Cooler than the Sun and considerably more extensive, it radiates a coppery, serene glow with no stridency. It is one of those stars that have matured and move calmly on, loyal to a small constellation that many gazes overlook and that rewards those who find it.
